Michael Tamblyn’s speech at FutureBook 2013

I should have posted this weeks ago, but I’m really, really behind on Feedly…and pretty much everything else in my life that isn’t work. Michael Tamblyn is the content manager for Kobo and this speech is their address, and case study of sorts, of Kobo’s crisis with their U.K. publishing. Good stuff.
