I saw the original post but didn’t think it brough much value, the reason I’m posting it now is that the Passive Guy puts it in the light it deserves. The idea that ebooks aren’t in sync with consumers is ludicrous. How many people want to regularly convert their book files to another reader? How many prefer another reader? There are issues, there are issues with everything, but I would argue that the majority are pretty happy with the system and perfectly content buying their ebooks from Amazon to read on their kindles or kindle apps.
